LILLØY's POP-UP SUPPER CLUB COMING TO NORWAY

Where kindred spirits gather for a multi-course, plant-based feast, cooked over fire, kissed by the elements, and dreamt up by Antje de Vries, culinary mastermind and lover of all things wild and wonderful. Join just for dinner, or make a night of it.

Your journey begins with a boat pick-up, leading you through LILLØY’s kelpy oasis to a culinary island tour, before settling in for a communal nine-course dinner. The night ends with a nightcap in our Botanical Library, because all good stories deserve a proper ending.

Together with her culinary companions, Antje crafts signature plant-based seafood dishes that are sustainably sourced, wildly inspired, and utterly unforgettable. These dishes honour the island’s natural bounty.

On 9 May, we welcome fabulous BENEDICTE JØRGENSEN. to team up with Antje at LILLØY for a one-night pop-up supper club shaped by the season.

Think spring greens, sea herbs, long light and a shared table. A menu guided by what the island and nearby waters offer right now.

Starting from 320€ for dinner + €180 per night for a room – in case you are not quite ready to sail back to reality.
