LINDENBERG CONCEPTUAL CREATIONS
LEUCHTENDROTER was conceived as a bold culinary experiment within the LINDENBERG universe. A place where rich umami flavours, flowing vodka, and clattering plates came together to form a lively, plant-based dining experience. Located in Frankfurt’s Ostend, the concept brought together global influences and a carefully curated wine list spanning natural curiosities to classic champagnes.
Now independently run, LEUCHTENDROTER lives on as a spirited continuation of the original idea. A celebration of conviviality, contemporary cuisine, and the joy of shared tables. LINDENBERG remains proud to have initiated this project and continues to develop new conceptual spaces elsewhere.
